  Reina, César are always super nice and just met Carmela for the first time they are always fast and efficient yummy food,great for parties too!

  I was calling to see if they donate to the local high schools for fundraising. Was told the manager would be in at 10:00 I called... she was late would be another 30 minutes. I called 1 hour later, she wasn't there another 10 minutes. I called one last time and she was busy for their lunch rush. Finally got a hold of her, they asked the owners if they would donate potato salad to our high school for the kids. And the manager got back to me to say, "No they do not donate, or offer discounts" wow... I feel like that is a totally missed opportunity for them. Chicken is decent, potato salad is great but definitely After this experience I could go without. There are plenty of other places willing to donate to the children that I'd rather give my money to.

  The service was eh. The cashier was preoccupied with chatting with her coworker and not interested in taking my order. The guy who packed up the food was awesome and asked if I needed plates with I appreciated, however. There was a box of cooked chicken on the floor under the roaster that looked like they were going to be thrown out. Kind of grossed me out that trashed chicken was just sitting there on the floor. Overall the food was good but the workers need to be let go if they don't like being there.

  3/12/19 - if I could rate negative I would. Food tastes like cleaning supplies. Besides the food quality dropping massively, the workers are immature and rude. They tried to kick me out of the restaurant at 8:40 PM but close at 9:30 PM. I asked her if she changed their hours and she laughed and say "ya we did". It looks like this location has stopped caring about its patrons and it's food quality. Don't waste your time with this place.

  This Juan Pollo chicken is always delicious. Their potato salad is addicting, but the best value to feed a hungry family is the 2 chickens, tortillas and salsa special.  I love their food,  please don't change a thing.
